AUTHORS OF ACCEPTED PAPERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE MAY NOW UPLOAD THEIR PRESENTATIONS THROUGH EDAS

Please note that ORAL presentation is limited to 10 minutes (STRICT) followed by 5 minutes "Question & Answer" session. Authors of accepted papers are advised to prepare their presentation accordingly and upload it via their EDAS paper page. The last date for uploading the presentation is 15th September 2013, 23:59 IST.  Please also add the name and short biography of the presenting author on your EDAS paper page.

THE PRESENTATION MUST BE OF “MICROSOFT OFFICE POWER-POINT 2007” FORMAT OR “PDF” VERSIONS OF LATEX PRESENTATIONS.

No further changes to the presentations will be entertained after the presentation submission deadline. Please ensure that all revisions to your presentation are made before the last date (15th September 2013). The presentations will be collected from EDAS after this date and the SAME will be made available at the conference venue during your presentation slot.

IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO USE YOUR PEN DRIVE OR ANY OTHER STORAGE MEDIA. PERSONAL LAPTOPS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED EITHER. THESE LEAD TO UNNECESSARY DELAYS IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION IN THIS REGARD.
